Christy is our senior oversight manager for all PMO & management of all full project cycle staffing and scheduling. As Purchasing Project Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the procurement of all products, coordinating logistics and shipments with manufacturers, and ensuring seamless scheduling of deliveries, installations, and service calls for our clients. She manages service requests, warranty claims, and customer support matters with a strong focus on resolution, accountability, and client satisfaction. Working together with both the Sales and Operations teams every day, her goal is to not only meet, but exceed our clients’ expectations by delivering accurate, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Christy takes pride in maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing purchasing processes, and keeping projects on track from order placement through final installation. With a detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service, she strives to ensure every project is executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard—supporting both our company’s success and our clients’ trust.
