FF&E Inventory & Asset Management System
Upon intake of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment), our staff conducts a full and thorough inventory of all your incoming assets. Our process includes:
- Documenting assets for insurance and security purposes
- Providing clients with a uniform report for budgeting purposes as needed
- Photographs and BOM verification, or a full evaluation of previously purchased/existing assets you’d like us to manage for future use
- Scoring each unit’s condition, age, manufacturer, and status of furniture, computers, and equipment at intake
- Expediting fully executed storage agreements for all assets we safeguard
Additional Services Available Prior to Intake or Withdrawal
If you have an interest or need, we can also provide:
- Upholstery cleaning and deodorizing for fabric textile cubicle/panel systems, soft/lounge, conference, and task seating
- Furniture repair services for seating, panels, laminate, and wood/veneer case goods units
- Total restoration and refinish requests
- Furniture maintenance schedules for new product sales
- Replacement furniture keys and lock cores — once your replacement request order is processed, our team will cut and ship these directly to you
Brokering, Decommissioning & Recycling
