Office Furniture Storage Services in Charlotte, NC
Construction delays, phased move-ins, and relocation timelines do not have to hold up a project. Valuebiz gives clients a secure, flexible place to store office furniture and equipment for as long as a project needs, from a few weeks to several months. Storage is part of our one stop advantage boutique approach, sitting alongside design, installation, and project management under one accountable team, so nothing falls through the cracks while a space gets ready.
Short Term, Temporary, and Long Term Storage Management
Whether a project hits an unexpected delay or a business simply needs a secure home for its assets while plans are finalized, our team is ready to step in. We treat every item under our care as if it were our own, and we offer both climate controlled and non climate controlled storage to match the timeline and sensitivity of what is being stored.
What We Store
- Newly purchased office furniture and equipment awaiting a delivery window
- Existing or previously purchased assets during a move, renovation, or phased rollout
- Furniture and equipment tied to projects with an unfinished or delayed space
Additional Services While Your Furniture Is in Storage
Valuebiz also offers a set of supplementary services for anything moving through storage:
- Upholstery cleaning and deodorizing for fabric textile cubicle or panel systems, soft and lounge seating, conference seating, and task seating
- Furniture repair for seating, panels, laminate, and wood or veneer case goods
- Total restoration and refinishing
- Replacement furniture keys and lock cores, cut and shipped once an order is processed
One Team for Storage and the Move Itself
Storage works best when it is connected to the rest of a project, not handled by a separate vendor. Our Asset Management program tracks and documents everything that comes through our facilities, and for larger relocations, our sister company, RSI-Relocation Strategies, provides full commercial construction and relocation oversight project management.
Contact Valuebiz today to talk through storage options for your next project. We serve Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, Greenville, and Asheville directly, with larger projects taking us across the Carolinas, the Southeast, and nationally.
