Carli joined VBI in April 2010. As Controller of VBI, Carli is solely responsible for all corporate financials and Human Resources. She oversees all financial operations and human resources functions to ensure the organization runs efficiently, ethically, and sustainably. She manages budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance, while also leading HR initiatives including hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. With a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence, Carli plays a key role in supporting business growth, optimizing internal processes, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to both people and performance make her an essential leader within the organization.
