Mark serves as President and National Project Management Director, providing strategic leadership and oversight for the company’s Project Management Office (PMO). He drives operational excellence across all client engagements by establishing rigorous, scalable standards that enhance efficiency and consistency nationwide. Mark oversees the full project lifecycle—from early discovery and feasibility through construction scheduling and long-term operational management. Under his leadership, the PMO has evolved into a central hub for governance and best practices, enabling specialized teams in construction management and relocation consulting to manage complex project demands and support the VBI’s continued national growth.
