1. Are you a real furniture dealer, or just a broker?

We’re a full commercial office furniture dealer based in Charlotte, NC. We work directly with manufacturers like Global, AIS, Evolve Furniture Group, and COE Distributing, and we handle design, delivery, and installation ourselves instead of just passing your order along to someone else.

We’re a Charlotte, NC based dealer with an established local presence, a track record of completed projects across the Carolinas, and a Better Business Bureau profile under Value Biz Business Furnishings.

When you buy furniture through us, interior design and space planning come complimentary, at roughly a quarter of what a traditional A&D firm would charge on its own. You get design, procurement, project management, and installation from one team instead of paying separate fees to separate companies.

Our core service area covers Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, Greenville, and Asheville, but we take on larger projects across the Southeast and nationally as well.

Every project starts with a quick assessment of your space and needs. You can kick that off through our online catalog or by requesting a design consultation, and we’ll walk you through space planning, project management, and installation from there.

1. What brands of furniture do you carry?

We sell new furniture from name brand manufacturers including Global, AIS, Evolve Furniture Group, and COE Distributing. Since we’re not locked into one brand, we can mix and match pieces across manufacturers to fit your budget and your space.

Our catalog is built primarily around new furniture from our manufacturer partners, with configurations like cubicles paired with computer desks tailored to your specific space.

We combine stock product lines from partners like Global and AIS with configuration options for finish, size, and layout, so we can tailor a solution to your space and how you use it.

Yes. Alongside commercial furniture for corporate, medical, government, and educational clients, we also carry furniture built specifically for home offices, including options for the Charlotte area.

1. Do you charge for interior design and space planning?

No. Design and layout planning are complimentary when you purchase furniture through us, at roughly a quarter of the cost of hiring a design firm separately.

We run through four steps: an assessment of your space and needs, space planning and design, project management of your order, and commercial storage if you need it. The same account team handles all four steps, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Both. We handle reconfigurations, relocations, and re-stacking projects in addition to furnishing brand new space, and we have case studies from completed Charlotte-area projects to back it up.

Our project management team, working alongside our sister company RSI Charlotte, manages delivery and installation from start to finish. That includes coordinating electricians, contractors, sound masking, or IT if your project needs it, so you have one point of contact instead of five.

Timelines depend on what you’re ordering and the size of the project, which is why we start every job with an assessment before committing to a schedule.

Yes. Relocation, re-stacking, site construction coordination, and vendor management are handled through RSI Charlotte, our sister company, which builds out the RFPs and coordinates the trades your move needs.

We offer liquidation services for furniture you’re replacing, so old desks, seating, and casegoods can be removed, resold, or disposed of as part of the same project.

1. Do you offer storage if our space isn't ready yet?

Yes. We provide commercial storage for furniture and equipment, which comes in handy for phased installs or projects where the space isn’t ready to receive furniture yet. Pricing is quoted per project.

Yes, financing is available for furniture and project costs, so you can spread out the expense of a larger project instead of paying it all upfront.

1. Do you work with medical offices?
